Elephant Sanctuary Hartbeespoort
A truly once-in-a-lifetime experience! It was an exhilarating mix of excitement and just the right amount of thrill. I can't recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring, making the experience even more enjoyable. The elephants are clearly well cared for and are the most gentle giants you could ever meet. - Natasha
What a lovely experience! Staff are friendly It would be great if coffee shop sold some food - we drove from kempton park and had to kill an hour! - Monique
We attended as a couple on on 14.02.25 The experience far exceeded our expectations. The elephants are at the sanctuary as a result of an elephant culling on Kruger The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and enthusiastic, answering all our questions even down to the biology of the elephants, he made our visit enthralling. The elephants were just amazing, they knew exactly what we were excited to do and when. The female elephant gently pushed me into position so that I could feel her body then moved me again to look at me. I just loved the whole time I spent with them. I didn't want to leave - Brian
Had the greatest time with the elephants. The guides were so educational and informative. This was such a beautiful birthday gift - Fikile
It was an amazing interaction with the gentle giants due to the team, which is incredible. - Guilherme
