OUR EXPERIENCE AT THE ELEPHANT & MONKEY SANCTUARY WAS AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we were very well welcomed and felt comfortable. The place is beautiful, and walking into the elephant area felt like being inside a Jurassic Park movie! The guides were so kind and patient, always making us feel safe while teaching us many interesting things about the animals. Touching and feeding the elephants was unforgettable. We also loved seeing the love, care, and respect they have for the animals. Nothing is forced, and the animals interact with people in their own time. The monkey sanctuary was also such a fun experience! The monkeys come close, jump on you, and interact naturally. It really feels like you are entering their world. There is also a very nice gift shop with many unique and special souvenirs. It was truly one of the best experiences of our lives, and we would definitely recommend it to everyone! - Giovana

The money and elephant santuary were amazing. The monkeys were so cute and greedy for their food, they made us laugh when they grabbed almost more than they could carry and scampered off with their haul to eat it. The rangers are wonderful. We had an issue with my elderly dad who was having difficulty finishing the walk though the monkey santuary, althoug it wasn't too far. Our ranger told us to wait so that he could continue with the rest of the group, and sent another ranger to guide us out. Very patient and understanding. They also arranged for my day to be taken by car to the elephants and gave him a one on one with the elephants so he would not have to walk the short distance. We then joined him after the short education session regarding the elephants. Fabulous experience. Thank you so much. - Lauren

This tour was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The elephant interaction was both educational and respectful, with a strong emphasis on animal welfare and conservation. It was evident that the animals are well cared for and treated with dignity. The monkey sanctuary visit was equally enjoyable -- engaging, informative, and well managed. Our guide was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate, taking the time to explain the background and conservation efforts without ever rushing the experience. My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful visit to the sanctuary. It was amazing to see the animals up close. It was also clear to see that the animals are well cared for. They guides are also very knowledgeable. - Richard
